Etogen Scientific specializes in machining of aluminum, acetal, acrylic, UHMW PE, and Nylon. We can machine other plastics and metals (including stainless & tool steel).

We provide quick turnaround on prototype parts (usually 3 to 7 days). More accurate lead time will be provided with a quote.


CNC Turning/Milling
  • From single prototype parts to batches of several thousand utilizing our automated turning center equipped with bar feeder, parts catcher and a chip conveyor.
  • Work envelope: 9.8" x 29.5"
  • Up to 3” bar through spindle.
  • Capability to machine axial and radial features.
  • Axial or radial drilling.
  • Axial or radial rigid tapping down to 0-80 thread size.
  • 18HP, 3000RPM spindle motor.
  • 9HP, 5000RPM live tooling motor.
  • +/- 0.0002” positioning, +/- 0.0001 repeatability.

CNC 3 & 4 Axis Milling
  • 2.5D or 3D machining of parts from prototype to production quantities.
  • Work envelope: 26" x 14" x 18"
  • 20 position tool changer.
  • Rigid tapping.

  • 4 axis milling utilizing 160mm rotary table.

Laser Marking & Cutting
  • Engraving of text and vector art on acetal, acrylic, anodized aluminum and many other materials with our 30W laser engraver/cutter.
  • Serial and part numbers can be added to the engraving.
  • Cut up to 0.25" acrylic with a nice edge similar to flame polish.
  • Cut wood up to 0.25" thick.
